Description

Shepard State Park is next to the Pascagoula River in the 'heart of the Singing River country.' It was once the home of the Pascagoula Indian Nation. Camping, hiking, picnicking, soccer, field sporting, disc golfing and boating are all popular here.

Eight miles of nature trails are available for hiking through the true beauty of the area.

Directions

3 miles west of Pascagoula, south of US 90 at Gautier, exit 61 off of Interstate 10. Most GPS and Map Quest searches will not lead you to the park the shortest way. Feel free to call the park office for directions. 1034 Graveline Drive<br />Gautier, MS 39553
